Kick It

Kick It Camps are 4 hour sessions of soccer fun for kids ages 6-10. These camps run both indoors and outdoors and are a great way for your older child to build confidence and learn teamwork while improving their soccer skills! Our activities not only provide great exercise, but also help to advance your child’s knowledge and love of the sport!

Camp Structure:

4 hours of indoor / outdoor soccer

Welcome:

  • Introduction & Sign In (5 minutes)
  • Warm Up – Free Dribbling Games (30 minutes)
  • Skill-based Drills – Team Building (25 minutes)

Skill Building:

(Progressive activities & games)

  • Individual Activities (30 minutes)
  • Partner Activities (30 minutes)
  • Lunch Break (20 minutes)
  • Group Activities (35 minutes)
  • Small Sided Games and Full Scrimmages (55 minutes)
  • Sign Out / Dismissal (5 minutes)

 Kick It Extended Day:

(An additional 2 hours of soccer games)

  • Cool Down Free Play (10 minutes)
  • Footwork Drills (20 minutes)
  • World Cup Soccer Games (20 minutes)
  • 1 vs. 1 and Full Scrimmages (55 minutes)
  • Sign Out / Dismissal (5 minutes)
